Short BIO
Carol is the heart and soul of ECA World Fitness Alliance, an international fitness organization. As President and C.B.O. she is responsible for the promotion, marketing, advertising, programming and voice of the brand. She is Editor in chief for the ECA e-News and ECA NEWS. Carol is an international presenter, motivational speaker and consultant. She has designed and consulted for companies large and small within the fitness business and outside of it; including Hyatt Hotels, Gatorade, Nike, Avia, Soul Cycle, and the mainstream media. She was the former National Director of Group Fitness for Equinox Fitness Clubs and has been a media spokesperson for A.C.E. and Lululemon. In 2003 Carol was awarded Program Director of the Year from the fitness organization IDEA.. Carol has appeared in and contributed articles for many publications including the New York Times. She has been featured on network television including CBS, NBC and Fox. . It has been Carol’s mission to use fitness as a platform for social change and to inspire a person towards greater self awareness, and spiritual enlightenment.

Sydell Radner is ECA’s finance director. She handles accounts payable and accounts receivable among many other fiduciary responsibilities. She can assist with any of your questions about refunds & credits. She is Gary and Carol’s “right hand person” and handles registration on-site at our conventions.
Susan Kasper is ECA’s Public Relations Liaison and Editor of the ECA NEWS. She has twenty years advertising, marketing and public relations experience. Susan has lectured to different Long Island based non-profit organizations on marketing and public relations topics and currently sits on the board of directors with one of Long Island’s fastest growing non-profit children associations. In addition, she is a member of the Women’s Sports Foundation and Long Island Coalition for Fair Broadcasting.
Lilli Koppelman is ECA’s event director and office manager. She has a strong impact in all facets of ECA’s organization. Among her many roles; she is our talent agent (presenter coordinator ), handles event operations and personnel, registration, pre-convention programs, equipment and backstage staffing (volunteer coordinator).
Michelle Abrahams is our ECITS administrator. Michelle is a graduate of ECITS, certified as a Personal Trainer. She has a nursing background and enjoys working with people and enhancing their lives. She currently trains a few clients for ECA’s PT division ECPT.Additionally, a mother of two children she enjoys working with children. Her warm, caring bubbly personality is an asset to our team!
Rosemarie Moscoso is our office assistant. She is in charge of ECA membership, sending out renewal letters, new updated cards and certificates and members services. Rose also speaks Spanish fluently and assists many Spanish speaking members and convention attendees.
Cheryl Paris is our sponsorship and marketing strategist. She specializes in connecting companies with our influential fitness association in building a comprehensive platform that will encourage brand recognition, product knowledge, recommendation power and maximizing their return on investment. Cheryl is the ‘go to’ person for all aspects of advertising, marketing, and exhibiting. Cheryl’s undeniable passion for dance and enthusiasm for ECA started years ago as an attendee at our events.
Michael King’s reputation as a renowned presenter both in Fitness and Pilates has been established since 1980. His is the founding director of the Pilates Institute in London and his Pilates programs are taught in over 26 countries worldwide. He is the author of many best selling books on Pilates and with his involvement with the Physiotherapy market the Pilates Institute Method is widely used within the rehabilitation fields.
Dr. Jason Karp is a nationally-recognized running coach and owner of RunCoachJason.com. He holds a Ph.D. in exercise physiology and is founder and coach of REVO2LT Running Team and Dr. Karp’s Run-Fit Boot Camp. A prolific writer, he has over 200 publications in international running, coaching, and fitness magazines and scientific journals, is the author of four books, including 101 Developmental Concepts & Workouts for Cross Country Runners, 101 Winning Racing Strategies for Runners, and Running for Women, and is a frequent presenter at national fitness and coaching conferences.
