Strength AND endurance training goes tubular. Using resistance tubing, learn fun and creative ideas to add to your conditioning classes. Exercises that utilize the step and non-additional equipment sequencing will be discussed. Learn how to take the obvious, add a slight twist and go from traditional to totally tubular.

Shamanic dance is rooted in ancient ritual and celebration that combines intuitive, uninhibited movement and tribal music to create an incredible experience of self-expression, physical release and an honoring of our earth, our families, friends, communities and the world! It's inherent power lies in the constant, trance-like movement to intense, rhythmically charged music and the collective effort of the group dancing their hearts out. The music and the movement is non-stop for one hour while an amazing feeling of letting go of everything around you takes place - time, thoughts, people, what you're dancing like, etc. just falls to the wayside, leaving room for only an incredible feeling of exhilaration, happiness and centeredness. The intensity of this class is very similar to a powerful yoga and cardiovascular experience. So as we're getting an incredible workout with this experience, we're also realizing the symbolism of inner strength and focus it takes to move through the non-stop dancing with grace, freedom, power, fearlessness and compassion. So bring your best dancing shoes or just be barefoot & we look forward to getting our "ECA Tribe on."
