Open to all levels, this Yoga practice will drop you deeply into your Self, allowing for the exploration of peace and happiness, which is our birthright and our true nature. Throughout the class, we will look together at several of the Yamas and Niyamas, the foundation of Yoga practice and how to apply the tenets of non-violence, truth, contentment and others into our lives, and how the ultimate freedom relies on the cultivation of these qualities. This class will feature a vinyasa flow emphasizing the principles we experimented with in the Inner Balance workshop.
