The Shamanic Power Dance (workshop)
Dalien

Shamanic Dance is rooted in ancient ritual and celebration that explores intuitive and uninhibited movement set to powerful tribal music to allow for one’s fullest self-expression, physical/ emotional release; all while honoring ourselves, our earth, our families, friends, communities and the world! In its simplest form, the dance is an incredible workout experience, but on a deeper level it signifies embracing our inherent power, inner strength and the focus it takes to live our everyday life with grace, freedom, power, fearlessness, compassion and respect for oneself and others. So bring your best dancing shoes or just be barefoot…and look forward to getting your “ECA Tribe” on to celebrate life and the evolution that is happening on our planet right now!
