CONVENTIONS - presenter application The following information must be submitted to the ECA Steering Committee for review: 1. Updated Resume 2. 25 word biography, and presenter application. 3. Please submit the following: a) list if your presentation is a workshop, lecture, or master class. b) CEC provider organization and provider # for each presentation c) 35 word description of the presentation d) presentation Outline: typed 1-2 pages maximum email to Lilli@ecaworldfitness.com e) equipment needs for the presentation 4.Proof of current certification (ACE, AFAA, NSCA, NSPA, or ACSM) 5. A black and white professional headshot. 6. A 30-60 minute DVD is required if you are planning to present a movement session. DVD format should include entire workshop or master class, including warm up, workout and cool down. DVD should represent the actual class you are applying for. Professionally produced consumer targeted DVD's are not acceptable. Please label the DVD with your name, contact information and the title of the session. DVDs are not returnable, please do not send an original you will need back. 7. All applications must be received by June 01st for ECA/ OBOW and December 20th for ECA/THRIVE OF EACH PREVIOUS YEAR!
