sole property of ECA World Fitness and is for one time use only, without
exception. The list may not be copied electronically, mechanically or by
any other means known or invented. ECA reserves the right to refuse
rental of our lists for any reason and without explanation.
Additionally, ECA has inserted six (6) dummy names to insure the
protection and non-authorized use of this list. Any additional mailings
to these names could subject you to legal action including additional
rental fees for each unauthorized use plus attorney and court fees. By
signing this agreement you agree to the terms previously set forth in
this agreement.
